Summer Internship Program
What does it mean to be part of team Thirsty?
It means that the status quo bores you. That being stagnant is your worst nightmare. That you have a heart for storytelling. You have an awareness of sports, entertainment and/or pop culture. That you are a passionate fan.
We are all fans: of entertainment, arts, sports, culture, anything. We know what it feels like to be genuinely impacted and moved by our passions, and strive to recreate that for our clients.
Our Thirsty Summer Internship program is looking for talented, passionate individuals. This isn’t about job titles or exact qualifications: we’re looking for eager, talented and humble team players, excited about making a difference in the agency world and doing work that makes noise. We’ve learned that when you pour into the right person, the rest will figure itself out.
Interns will get exposure to all the departments that make an agency run, while also being mentored by a senior Thirsty team member. You’ll own a project with fellow interns and have a hand in the work that directly impacts our most exciting clients.
In other words, you’ll be in it.

2-3 days per week, onsite in Pasadena. Must be enrolled at an accredited college or university program. This is an unpaid internship – eligible for college credit. Applicants must have GPA 3.0 or above.
On time and in attendance, Weekly support of Thirsty’s team in ongoing agency projects, Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
Creative Design can mean a lot of things. That’s ok. If you have a love of design, and want to explore applying that talent in the agency world, you’re in the right place.
We’re looking for people with a unique visual identity and voice. Who can show us with even one example of their work, that they know how to communicate a story. Whether you’re passionate about digital design, social media, print design, typography, UI/UX, photography, videography, or even animation, what we’re really looking for is someone willing to try new things, be challenged, and maybe even show us a new way of looking at things. This person will also be involved in brainstorming creative and strategic planning sessions to help us communicate with our clients.
Throughout the course of the internship, you’ll own a project along with fellow interns, work on live projects throughout the agency, be mentored by senior Thirsty members and play a pivotal part in the work we do. You’ll be exposed to various styles of design, be tasked with taking ownership of design components on your own personal project, and have a chance to create work for our most exciting clients.

This position will have a hand in all things management, strategy and production planning. This role looks different ways to everyone: the relationship developer, the meticulous planner, the strategy guru, the creative communicator and the jack of all trades.
You don’t need to be all that. What you need to be, is organized, detail oriented, have a great attitude, and be willing to put on whatever hat is necessary to get the job done. The rest can be taught.
Throughout the course of the internship, you’ll own a project along with fellow interns, work on live projects throughout the agency, be mentored by senior Thirsty members and play a pivotal part in the work we do. This person will be counted on in brainstorming and creative/strategic planning sessions, help us streamline processes and communicate with our clients. You’ll walk through the processes that help bring our ideas to life, and keep our clients coming back. You’ll also have a hand in strategizing and executing content for various platforms including social media, copy, and blogs!
